Abstract (EN)

This thesis consists of five parts. The first part is devoted to the introduction. The second section contains the basic definitions and theorems about ruled surfaces and offsets of ruled surfaces.The basic definitions and theorems are given about framed curves and framed surfaces in the third part also the informations are given about Gaussian curvature and calculation of mean curvature.The fourth part forms the original part of this work and organized into two subdivisions. Information is given about how framed ruled surfaces are formed in the the subsection of the fourth section. Afterwards Gaussian curvature and mean curvature of framed ruled surfaces were found in different ways than relations have been established between these. The information are given about how Bertrand offsets of ruled surface and mean curvature are formed.In the fifth chapter of this thesis, a brief summary of the study is given and a suggestion is proposed for investigations on involute – evolute offsets of framed ruled surface.
