Abstract (EN)

In this thesis, based on the method developed by Pyatov and Salamov,Gamow-Teller transition properties for three different β decay processes areinvestigated. Gamow-Teller effective interaction constant is found by using thecommutativity of Gamow-Teller operator with the central term in nuclearhamiltonien and taken out to be a free parameter. The energies and wave functionsof GT (Gamow-Teller) 1+ excited states occurring in neighbour nuclei arecalculated within the framework of Quasi Random Phase Approximation. GTR(Gamow-Teller Resonance) energy, which is one of the characteristic quantitiesfor GT transitions, for the nuclei in the mass region of 112 ≤ A ≤ 124 and thelog(ft) values for the β transitions with low energy in the mass region of 98 ≤ A ≤130 are calculated. Furthermore, two neutrino double beta decay nuclear matrix128,130elements are calculated for Te nuclei. All of the numerical calculations arebased on Fortran 77 program language. The obtained results are compared withthose of the schematic model and the corresponding experimental data.
