Cultural elements in translation children's literature products

The object of this study is to rewiew the aspects that children come across when they first read the boks of foreign origin that were written at a level appealing to them.The facts mentioned in the boks that varied depending on their own cultures were reviewed and taken into hand. The study started by defining the child included into the scope that how children's literature arose, in wahat way it has made progress and at which dimension it is now. It was mentioned that wahat kinds of developments all these have lead changes on imaginary world, play grounds and social life of the children. The elements that were drawn from children's stories and novels translated to Turkish from foreign languages were given a detailed place in the study. The study method was completed along with continuance of reading the literal works. It was determined in the conclusion that there are various aspects that may encounter the children with different cultures. The children wonder these aspects that they come across outside their own cultures and carry these to research dimension. The study achieved its object with the result concluded.
