Abstract (EN)
In thıs study, the effect of Chlorella vulgaris microalgae on the production of nitrogen stress on biofilm form was investigated. C. vulgaris microalgae were allowed to grow in enviroments containing %100 N and %25 N for 40 days. The ability of C. vulgaris to form biofilm was observed with the Rotating Algal Biofilm Reactor (RABR) designed in accordance with the laboratuary enviroment. Various materials have been tried to form biofilm on the reactor of C. vulgaris. It was decided to use polyethylene rope due to criteria such as ease of harvesting and high adhesion quality. In the experiment, the highest dry weight value was 0,359 gr/m2 in an environment containing %100 N. The highest total lipit content was determined as 8,02 mg on the form of biofilm containing %25 N.
