Abstract (EN)

In this study, metallic oxide nanoparticles were synthesized with a solution plasma system. Copper oxide (CuO) and iron oxide (Fe_3 O_4), which have become popular recently, were chosen as metallic oxides. Copper and iron salts were used for the solution (〖Cu(NO_3)〗_2, FeSO_4). First, a 1 M stock solution of both salts was created and 100 mL working solutions of 50 mM were used for the study. While 1mm thick tungsten wire was used as the electrode, PEKURIS brand 4KV Pulsed DC power supply was used as the power source. The operating frequency is 25 kHz and the pulse width is determined as 2 microseconds. FSEM and EDX analyzes of the samples obtained as a result of the experiment were performed and the size and elemental analysis of the nanoparticles were performed. At the same time, XRD measurements of the samples were made, crystal orientations were determined and particle size was determined.
