Abstract (EN)

Human rights, which people have inherent, can express inalienable, non-assignable and intangible rights. In the constitution text, it can be arranged under the title of fundamental rights and freedoms. In this work, which is the head of in Republic Period?s Turkish Constitutions, Being Made Arrangements Interested In Fundamental Rights and Freedoms, it has been analyzed arrangements that has been made related to fundamental rights and freedoms in the constitutions of 1924, 1961 and 1982. As a result of these reviews, it is opinion that the constitution of 1924 has not provided with updating system intended for fundamental rights and freedoms, the constitution of 1961 can bring democratic and pluralistic sensibility and the constitution of 1982 has brought limiter and inhibitive approach.
