Honey analysis of CUSUM control charts: Bitlis example

This one in this study, quality parameters of honey samples produced in Bitlis province, CUSUM (Cumulative Sum) quality control graphs were used for analysis. CUSUM graphs analysed water content, conductivity, free acidity, pH, proline, HMF, glucose + fructose, glucose/fructose ratio, sucrose, diastase, C4 sugars ratio, δ¹³C value and δ¹³C protein - δ¹³C honey difference of honey samples in Bitlis province was used to monitor various parameters. The analyses were carried out on honey samples from Bitlis province. Quality standards and assessed the impact of deviations in these parameters on quality. Effects on quality. The use of CUSUM charts, quality rapid detection of small changes in its parameters and kept the quality of the honey production process at a high level.
