Abstract (EN)
In the new world order, growing exigency of having complex system design makes the design phases much more complex. Neverthelater, having a complete designs using the minimum time and the minimum budget at the same time is called as art of design. Having knowledge about theoretical information and necessary design requirements are the significant points of realizing above purposes. Airborne test activities are key activities in the V model during aircraft design projects to complete the verification and test activities. Test activities must be planned well like the project itself. Planning prevents many possible drawbacks. Flight Test Instrumentation systems acquire data during the flight of a test aircraft. The system acquires data from various environments. Like in every test activity, during data acquisition some test errors may occur. To find the root causes of these errors, different analysis techniques can be used. In this thesis, the fundamentals of data acquisition system design are given. A well-planned experiment is performed. Obtained data is analyzed by using gage repeatability and reproducibility methods to understand the root cause of variations. Uncertainty is calculated for the measurement system either in the design stage and analyzing stage.
