Abstract (EN)
Optimization is all of the processes and methods that must be applied to optimize the target determined by using the resources (time, cost, labor, capacity etc.) in the most efficient way. Experimental design is a method of analyzing the effect of changes in process inputs on outputs. It is an effective methods to find out the grades to which factors have an effect on output with the minimum number of experiments. Multi decision making methods are modeling the decision process according to determined criteria and analyzing it in a maximum benefits that will be obtained in the decision making process. It is a method when the decision maker select the most useful one from multiple alternatives due to multiple criterias. In this study, the issue of minimizing the cycle of the production process made by the plastic injection molding method has been examined with six sigma method. In the solution of the problem, firstly mold selection was determined by multi criteria decision making methods, then experiments are designed and analyzed with the fractional factorial design method. The factors and their levels that will minimize the cycle time have been determined. In the last part, the past and current situations are compared.
