Abstract (EN)

Solar energy is being an important role as a future energy source due to the limited availability of fossil fuels in nature and the disadvantages of their prices. Photovoltaic systems (PV) are the most common renewable energy sources and their use is increasing day by day. PV systems must, however, be operated alongside energy storage devices in many places because PV sources are intermittent energy sources. In this thesis, a DC/DC converter model was created to charge the batteries that feed the PV system when necessary. The buck-boost converter and MPPT control were then both simulated in a synchronous scenario. Finally, the battery charging system circuit controlled by MPPT was designed and operated. As a result of the experimental tests, we observed that the system monitors the power of the panel and adjusts the charging current. In the first part, the boost converter that controls the system and charge is designed in Matlab/Simulink according to changes in radiation. In addition, the boost converter improves efficiency for controlling the output voltage. In the second part of the design, a DC-DC Buck converter is used to control the charge of the PV system battery. Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) algorithms are used to tune most electricity and a DC-DC electricity converter (boost & buck) are applied to keep the PV array and the load impedance. The perturb and observe (PO) technique is the maximum notably used approach in industrial products. Tha PO may be operated on reduced while yet continuing to improve stability and MPPT efficiency. Simulator and actual results using MPPT algorithms, standard PO, and a new stronger PO algorithm, and also our developed system
