Abstract (TR)
In this thesis, design and implementation of blood pressure monitor device based on microcontroller and capacitive pressure sensor have been presented. In the development of the device, some internal modules of microcontroller as enhanced capture-compare pulse width modulation (ECCP), pulse width modulation (PWM), analog-digital converter (ADC), and timer modules have been utilized. The main aim of the thesis is to develop blood pressure device with high accuracy and low cost by using capacitive pressure sensor and logic inverter oscillator instead of the instrumentation amplifier and band pass filter. The thesis includes embedded hardware and embedded software developments. The measured blood pressure values were shown on the mobile phone and on the LCD screen by interfacing the microcontroller with the Bluetooth module and LCD screen. In addition to developing embedded hardware and software, an algorithm has been developed to calculate blood pressure value from detected the signal. Application software has been also designed and implemented using application development software for Mobil devices to display the measured values on the mobile phone screen. The results obtained with the developed device were compared with the results obtained with Sphygmomanometer. It was observed that as a result of the comparison, the developed device made measurements with high accuracy.
