Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this research is to examine the civil service life and socialization processes of young people who grew up in Social Service Institutions and left the Institution because they turned 18, and to determine the problems they face, and to determine the contribution of YADER in solving these problems and their expectations from YADER. The study is about the socialization of individuals receiving institutional care in their civil service lives, based on the example of Bingöl YADER. The main phenomenon of this study is the reflections of the socialization experiences of young people who left the Institution on their civil service lives and their experiences of integration with business life. This research was designed in accordance with the qualitative research approach. It is designed according to the phenomenology study pattern included in this approach. The study group of the research consists of 15 people who were selected according to the homogeneous sampling technique of the purposeful sampling type, living in Bingöl, leaving the orphanages because they turned 18, being members of YADER and working as civil servants in a government institution. During the data collection phase, a series of interrelated activities were implemented to collect quality information. First, the place where the study will be conducted was determined, secondly, the necessary ethical permissions were obtained, the variables were defined, a semi-structured interview form was developed to collect data to be asked to the participants, and finally, the data collection process was carried out with the semi-structured interview technique. The data was analyzed by applying the descriptive analysis method. In the research, it was found that most of the children receiving institutional care were left to the institution for economic reasons, they benefited from the institutional support, the institution did not fully meet the care given by the family to their children, the institution could not meet the family needs of the child, the children had a hard time in the first night and first days of their arrival at the institution, they experienced abandonment, loneliness and longing. Children generally have difficulty adapting and integrating into their environment in the institution without causing problems, Placement in the institution has a negative impact on children's family relationships, those who leave the institution and start their civil service life generally do not experience problems in the work environment and do not encounter any marginalization, and have a partially prejudiced, marginalizing attitude. and behaviors, the majority of them have problems with their superiors at work, while a small number of them do not experience any problems, YADER managers are expected to produce more activities, the majority of the members do not have any demands from the association, the period when the association is needed most is the period after leaving the Institution until they are appointed to civil service. results have been achieved.
