Abstract (EN)
Religious services in our country are carried out in the institutional, constitutional and social environment by the Presidency of Religious Affairs. In these aspects, it tries to meet the religious needs and requirements of the society through its central organization, provincial organization, overseas organization, training centers and media channels. In general terms, the duty of the Presidency of Religious Affairs is to enlighten the society on matters such as belief, worship and morality, and to manage places of worship through the opening of places of worship and the performance of religious services. As of today, the field of activity of the Presidency is quite broad and is becoming more and more diversified every day. On the one hand, non-formal religious education activities are carried out through Qur'an courses for almost all segments of society, while on the other hand, mosque-based and non-mosque religious services are carried out. In addition, courses and seminars and Family and Religious Guidance Offices within provincial and district mufti offices and youth centers are active in order to support religious education activities for the family. The Presidency of Religious Affairs provides religious services to all parts of the society, from the geographically remote villages to the big cities where thousands of people live. It needs religious officials to carry out this religious service. Mufti, preacher, imam hatip, muezzin and Qur'an Course instructors, who work in various titles and in different places, are civil servants who fulfill the duty of religious service. In this study, the professional satisfaction levels of imam-hatip, muezzin kayyim and Qur'an Course instructors working in Kırşehir city center and villages connected to the city center were examined around various factors by interview method. Thus, it is aimed to make the contribution of religious officials to the society more efficient. A conceptual framework was created by reviewing the literature and semi-structured interview technique, one of the qualitative research methods, was used. In this direction, 29 religious officials working in Kırşehir province were interviewed and the findings obtained were evaluated descriptively. Key Terms: Occupational Satisfaction, Religious Officials, Presidency of Religious Affairs, Kırşehir
