Abstract (EN)
Dynamic / carbothermal reduction-(nitriding) (DCR-(N)) is an innovative powder production method used in the production of advanced – hightech ceramic raw materials (technical ceramic powders). Here, the effectiveness of using such technique in synthesising titanium diboride (TiB2), boron carbide (B4C) and boron nitride (BN) powders was investigated. As a result, it has been shown in this theses that high quality technical ceramic powders of boride, carbide and nitride types can be produced easily starting from cheap starting raw materials with DCR or DCRN technique.
