Abstract (EN)

In this study, noun structures in the Qur'an translations written in the Eastern Turkish, which has characteristics of old Turkish period with regard to its various grammatical features and has entered a period of change and development by getting into a new culture and civilization with the adaption of Islam by Turks are examined. In the first part, some information about date of the Quran translations is presented and the studies on them are introduced. Affixes in these Works are detected and put in order with sample texts according to their functions. The quated sample words are compared with the contexts in the texts according and proven grammatically and semantically. In the following part; adjectives, adverbs, pronouns, and prepositions are mentioned and reinforced with quated samples. Yet the main part purpose of the study is noun structures. The main aim of the this study is to shed light upon the historical periods of Turkish language and try to understand the changes and developments in Turkish language and contribute to the studies in this field.
