Abstract (EN)
CuO semiconductor films have been produced onto glass substrates by the spin coating method. The films were annealed at 450, 500, 550 and 600oC. The CuO samples have crystallized tenorite structure. The thicknesses of the samples have been determined about 0,65 ? m. The optical properties of the samples were characterized by transmittance and absorption spectroscopy measurements. The optical band gap energies of the CuO samples from the absorption spectra have been calculated between 1.62 eV and 1.69 eV.
