Abstract (EN)

In this master thesis, It has been studied formulations of asymptotic models developed for surface and edge wave problems in elastic solids. Respectively, a hyperbolicelliptic model is developed for the Rayleigh(surface) waves in the elastic half-space. Surface wave problems with this model are incorporated with mixed boundary conditions. This model has also been applied to stationary and moving load problems. Finally, whereas hyperbolic-elliptic duality seen on the surface, a parabolic-elliptic duality is obtained for waves forming at the edge of thin elastic plates. As a result, in both wave types respectively hyperbolic and parabolic equations are found in the boundary and elliptic equations are found in the elastic body.
