Abstract (EN)

Aim of this study is investigation of process parameters effect on surface morphology of PMMA/BNNS nano fibres and diameter of fibres. Electrospinning process is carried out by different polymeric solution (acetone, chloroform, toluene, DMF/THF) system coupled with different applied voltage, flow rate, molecular weight concentration of PMMA, distance between collector and syringe. Also the effects of Silane and PMMA/BNNS content in the fiber structure and fiber glass transition temperature (Tg) were observed. According to scanning electron microscopy (SEM) results, the acetone solution was prepared with 4 PMMA% production best nanofiber, 25 kV voltage, 6 ml / s flow rate and 19 cm distances was the best parameter to nanofiber morphology. Then the 5 wt% nanofibers produced with the best parameters was added to 100 g of vinyl ester resins and curing is achieved. SEM is used for surface morphology analysis of fibres. Changing on thermal properties associated with BNNS and Silane are analysed by DSC, DMA, TMA devices.
