Abstract (EN)
In this study, CdSe / PbS semiconductor hetero films were obtained by electrochemical deposition method. Films were produced under four main groups. In the first group, the effects of solution pH on the CdSe film were investigated. In the second group, experiments were carried out at different pH values, but by adjusting the deposition temperature to 80 ° C. In the third group, CdSe thin films were produced by using acids with different strengths and adjusting the optimum pH value. In the fourth group, PbS thin films with different cathodic potential values were produced. The optical properties of all films obtained were obtained from the absorbance measurements against wavelength using the UV-VIS device. The structural properties of the films were determined by XRD device. Morphological and elemental analysis of the films were investigated with SEM-EDX device. CdSe and PbS thin films, which provide optimum conditions for solar cell production, were produced on top of each other and a hetero-structure was formed.
