Abstract (EN)
In this study, monochromatization effect calculations on optic emission spectra of plasma jets for different gases and gas mixtures are done. Monochromatization effect (M-effect) is observed on spectral changes of plasma jets that are produced from gas mixture by adding electronegative H2 or O2 gases to electropositive argon and neon gases. By using this, M-effect value is calculated and its change is investigated. In case of M-effect, the changes in the typical lines intensity of argon and neon gases provide continuity of ion-ion re-combination hypothesis. The change of M-effect value with pressure is investigated via recorded spectra.
