Abstract (EN)

With the development of technology, human needs also change. A qualified workforce lays the groundwork for the achievement of global macroeconomic targets. In this sense, in order to obtain a qualified workforce, 21st century. It is important to integrate skills. This study was conducted on MCBU and 301 people participated. In the analysis of study data, in addition to descriptive statistical methods, correlation analysis, Mann Whitney U test and T Test were used. Data were analyzed with a 95% confidence interval (p=0.05). As a result of this study, there is a significant difference in learning skills between student and academician/staff groups. When looked at between age groups, there is a significant difference in learning skills. There is a significant difference between gender groups only in "Life and Career Skills" scores. In other skill areas, no significant differences were detected between student and academician/staff groups, age groups and gender groups.
