Investigation on mite species (Tetranychidae and Phytoseiidae) on some bushs in landscape area of Erzurum province and their hosts and distribution

This study was determined Tetranychidae and Phytoseiidae on shrubs and ornamental trees in lanscape areas of Erzurum province in April to September in 2015. In total 217 individuals have been identified from the 10 plants at the end of the study. 134 of these individuals belongs to the family Tetranychidae and 83 of these individuals belongs to the family Phytoseiidae. Identified species are Tetranychus urticae (Koch 1836), Bryobia rubrioculus (Scheuten 1857), Bryobia praetiosa (Koch 1836), Eutetranychus sp., Schizotetranychus sp, Amblyseius andersoni (Chant 1957), Euseius finlandicus (Oudemans 1915), Kampimodromus aberrans (Oudemans, 1930), Typhlodromus cotoneastri Wainstein, 1961, Typhlodromus recki (Wainstein 1961), Phytoseius finitimus (Ribaga 1902), Anthoseius (Typhlodromus) kerkirae (Swirski& Ragusa 1976) , Neoseiulella tiliarum (Oudemans 1930). Tetranychus urticae Koch identified as the most common species while Euseius finlandicus is common predatory mite in Erzurum.
