Abstract (EN)

In this study, Acutodesmus deserticola species were examined in terms of culture growth parameters in bold basal medium (BBM) under 5 different stress conditions for 24 days, and at the end of the 24th day, the highest cell count value was in the K (6100x104) group and the lowest cell number was N- (405x104) in different culture media. in the group; the highest dry weight value in the K (0.011 mg/L) group, the lowest dry weight value in the N+ (0.0047 mg/L) group; highest OD680 (optical density) value in K group (2,139 abs) lowest OD value in N- (1,256 abs) group; The highest chlorophyll-a value was found in N+ (8,660 mg/L) and the lowest chlorophyll a value was found in the N- (1,434 mg/L) group. The protein content of the N+ group was determined at the maximum value (8,517% of the dry biomass) in the results of the biochemical analysis. In amino acid results, except for Arg and Lys amino acids, the highest values are seen in the phosphorus-rich (P+) group. As the results of all the oil analyses were analyzed, it was found that the high nitrogen (N+) group had the highest values at 7.1%. When the fatty acid results are examined, it is seen that the linoleic acid level in the nitrogen-restricted group (N-) (%35,605) is quite high compared to the control group (6,814%). As the phenolic substance analyses were examined, it was noted that the control group had the highest value. As were considered antioxidant activity results, DPPH scavenging activity under all applied stress parameters, 37.61-75.83% scv scavenging activity were observed in the concentration range of 87-700 μg/mL. A. deserticola microalgae can grow quickly in environments with low nitrogen and phosphorus concentrations, according to the study's findings. Investigating the culture growth parameters in different media, all parameters except the chlorophyll-a value gave higher results in the control group. The outcomes of the study demonstrate that Acutodesmus deserticola has distinct impacts on the culture growth parameters and the biochemical makeup of the species depending on the presence or absence of nitrogen and phosphorus in the medium. The results from this study are expected to play a leading role when considering culture conditions for biotechnological applications of microalgae.
