Abstract (EN)
This study will be conducted to compare the nutritional habits of adolescent students studying at different levels. With this study, healthy nutritional habits that will be gained especially in the early ages, which we call the adolescent period, will minimize the health problems that people will experience in later ages and will contribute to their healthy future lives. A study has determined that nutritional status and nutritional habits in the adolescent period are very important on physical, cognitive and psychosocial development, affect later periods and can even be effective in the individual's children. One of the basic elements necessary for the individual, family and society to have a healthy and happy life in terms of physical, mental and psychosocial aspects is nutrition (Kasımoğlu and Baş, 2023). Nutritional disorders in adolescents; In addition to obesity, it can cause growth and developmental delay, delayed puberty, iron deficiency anemia, decreased academic success and various diseases in the later periods of their lives (Akman, 2010). This study was conducted to compare the nutritional habits of adolescent students studying at different levels.
