Abstract (EN)

2-Phenoxyethanol (2-PE, ethylene glycol monophenyle ether) is colorless and an anesthetic containing 1.11 g / ml fat. The clove oil extracted from the plant is a product obtained from the buds, leaves and branches of the clove plant. The active ingredient of clove oil is about 85-95% eugenol, 5-15% isoeugenol and methyleugenol. In the study, clove oil (10, 15, 25, 50, 75, 100 μL L-1) and phenoxyethanol (0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 1) at a different concentration of 6 were used to determine the appropriate anesthetic concentration in the fries of yellow princess (Labidochromis caeruleus, (1.19±0.14 gr, 3.88±028 g) and electric blue hap (Sciaenochromis fryeri, 1.22±0.07, 4,22±0.24 ). The use of 2-phenoxyethanol with 0.5 ml of L-1 and clove oil with 25 μl of L-1 concentrations were determined as minimum effective concentrations for these two species.
