Abstract (EN)
The first part of the study commenced with the preparation of novel pyridine N-oxide containing 5-aminoisoxazoles via a conventional process; the products 3a-j were obtained efficiently at room temperature. 2-(Cyanomethyl)pyridine 1-oxide obtained by oxidation of 2-pyridylacetonitrile with m-CPBA was reacted with aryl N-hydroxymoylchlorides in the presence of freshly prepared sodium ethoxide in EtOH. Both steps were achieved with reasonable yields. In addition, the second part of the thesis is the cycloaddition reaction of 2,3-dichloro-1,4-naphthoquinone with hydrazonylchlorides to give spiro-naphthalene-1,2'-[1,3,4]oxadiazol-4-one both in continuous flow system and in conventional laboratory conditions. The products yields ranges from moderate to good. All products were characterized by physical (Rf. and m.p.) and spectroscopic (IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and HRMS) methods. Additionally, compound 5h was subjected to the X-ray diffraction technique.
