Abstract (EN)

There are many simulation programs which are used for the analysis of physical properties of the materials can be calculated with crystal structure. Electronic, optical, mechanical and magnetic properties of materials can be calculated with these programs. The First of all Fe and TiC structures were tested with the help of WIEN2k program in this work. The results which belongs to Fe and TiC structures were compared with the results in literature and they were found to be compatible with the literature. Afterwards the same electronic properties of Fe (1-x) Mn x alloys were examined as the main part of this work. The density of states(DOS), density of electron, total energy, energy band structure and stability of alloys were calculated for the FeMn alloys. The constant of Fe (1-x) Mn x alloys were changed and the calculations of the structure for Fe-%12.5 Mn Fe-%25 Mn, Fe-%50 Mn were completed. The structures were compared with each other and explicated in accordance with the literature. Keywords: Density of states, density of electron, energy band structure, stability,Wien2k, FeMn alloy.
