Abstract (EN)

In this study, Benthic algae May 2012 - April 2013 between the designated 4 stations in and from different habitats (epipelic, epilithic and epiphytic) was examined in samples collected in monthly periods. It has been less important being the most important members of the cominity diatoms (Bacillariophyta) bentic algae and which were in this community like Chlorophyta, Charophyta, Cyanophyta, Euglenophyta and Dynophyta. It was determined 173 taxa which are belonged to benthic diatoms, from these Cymbella affinis, Cymbella cistula, Fragilaria capucina, Gomphonema parvulum, Nitzschia amphibia, Nitzschia recta and Nitzschia palea have been the most remarkable. In benthic algae communities of diatoms tend to replicate in every season but achived the best development in autumn and spring. Key Words: Keban Dam Lake, Benthic Algae
