Abstract (EN)
In this research, in Fethiye Region, Lactococcus garvieae isolated from the young fish of some rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss Walbaum, 1792) farms was examined. After the biochemical tests, Lactococcus garvieae was determined during February 2010-May 2010. Antimicrobial susceptibilities and size of plasmids of Lactococcus garvieae strains were determined. In disc diffusion method L. garvieae strains were determined as sensitive to ampicillin, erytromycine, chloramphenicol, sulfamethoxazole, oxytetracycline, tetracycline ve trimethoprim and resistant to basitrasin, flumequine, furozolidone, kanamycin, nalidiksik asit, oksalinik asit and streptomycin using disc diffusion method.
