Abstract (EN)

Delimitated by certain times and charged on every obligated individually, Salaah is an important charge of adoration that includes sides from other devotions. It, among the devotions, is the most encountered devotions in daily life. It is necassary to compensate these devotions if it is neglected inadvertently or intentionally. In the literature of Islamic jurisprudence the term used to express compensation of neglected salaah is 'kadâ''. In the first chapter the outlines of the terms related to kadâ' was discussed. In the second chapter concept of kadâ' was analyzed with regard to methodology of fıkh. Moreover the opinions of scholars of methodology of fıkh, were had recourse on the compensation of neglected salaah. Discussed under the title of command in the corpus of methodology of fıkh, kadâ' was dealt in reference to 'asl-vasf', 'nefsu'l-vucûb' and 'vucûbu'l-eda'.
