Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, the electrochemical behavior of Fluopram used in pesticide control on the glassy carbon electrode surface was investigated. The electrochemical behavior of fluopram was observed by alternating voltammetry technique in Britton Robinson buffer (BR pH:4.0) with an irreversible signal around +0.97 V. Fluopram (vs. Ag/AgCl) in BR (pH 4.0) gave a well established response using the square-wave voltammetry technique. The developed voltammetric technique was found to be linear in the concentration range [(0.2 µM to 1.4 µM)] in BR (pH 4.0) medium. The proposed method was tested on Urine, River Water, Orange Juice and Soil samples.
