The comparison of the Early Bronze Age I pottery cultural regions of Phyrgia and Beycesultan

This thesis, named as "The Comparison of Earthenware-Assets from the Early Bronze Age I's Stratums of Phrygia and Beycesultan", include the comparison of artifacts from the "Phrygian Cultural Region", the earthenware groups of Demircihöyük and Upper Sakarya region and the earthenware-assets groups from the stratums in Beycesultan EBA I cultural region for their earthenware-assets groups, their forms, and the handles and lugs of these earthenware. In this context, firstly the earthenware characteristics of ancient towns representing a transition period to EBA, when the cultural regions began to take shape, are treated in detail. It seems that the earthenware of these ancient towns from this transition period have some similar characteristics with the ones of Late Chalcolithic period. In EBA I, a period when the boundaries of cultural regions became more clear up to be designated, the earthenware of ancient towns in his cultural region are introduced respectively. Some improvements in the earthenware of EBA I from these towns are observed, as well as the former features from the previous period. As a consequence of comparison, a process that I try to define the local and common features of earthenware-assets from two cultural regions, it seems clearly that the earthenware assets from these two cultural regions have typical features, besides that they interacted each other.
