Abstract (EN)
52ÖZETGastroözofageal reflü hastalığı toplumda en sık görülen gastrointestinalproblemlerden biridir. GÖRH'da en sık görülen motilite bozukluğu inefektifözofageal motilitedir. Ancak reflünün mü inefektif özofageal motiliteye yol açtığıyoksa inefektif özofageal motilitenin mi reflü patogenezinde rol oynadığıbilinmemektedir.Bizim çalışmamızda gastroözofageal reflü semptomu ile başvuran 239hastaya 24 saatlik pH incelemesi ve özofageal manometrik inceleme yapılmıştır.Patolojik pH bulguları olan hastaların %14'ünde ve normal pHmetrisi olanhastaların % 4'ünde inefektif özofageal motilite saptanmıştır. İÖM'si olan hastalarayrıca incelendiğinde %82'sinde patolojik pH bulgusu saptandı.İnefektif özofageal motilitesi olan hastaların normal motilitesi olan diğerreflülü hastalara göre anlamlı olarak daha yaşlı oldukları, hem yatar pozisyondahem ayakta daha fazla reflüleri olduğu ve alt özofageal sfinkter basınçlarınındaha düşük olduğu bulunmuştur.Sonuç olarak çalışmamız inefektif özofageal motilite bozukluğununGÖRH'da en sık görülen motilite bozukluğu olduğu ve İÖM'si olan hastalardadaha ciddi reflü hastalığının olduğunu desteklemektedir.
