Abstract (EN)
Nowadays, in the establishment of the contract, the understanding of the individual contract, which is prepared on the basis of the correspondences which are composed of mutually made proposals and acceptance phases, is abandoned. With the fulfillment of this need, the general transaction conditions tried to be solved by judicial jurisprudences and doctrines have been misunderstood by Turkish Law of Obligations No. 6098. General terms and conditions of transactions between Articles 20 and 25 of the Turkish Code of Obligations. It was tried to clear the gap in this way. For this reason, almost all of the general trading conditions, commercial life have begun to be used, and these conditions have become available in contract types.
