Abstract (EN)
In this study, principals', teachers' and students' attitudes towards technology and their ideas about the use of FATİH Project, put into practice in 2012 - 2013 academic year in high schools, tried to be determined. Survey search model was used in this research and the population of the research consists of 58 principals, 835 teachers and 14185 students that are in 16 high schools located in the Muratpaşa district of Antalya in the academic year of 2012 - 2013. Samples for the research consist of 51 (88%) principals, 270 (32%) teachers and 375 (3%) students who were selected using random method. While evaluating the principals', teachers', and students' attitudes towards technology, Altun's questionnaire titled "school principals? attitudes towards computer technology? was used and for the determination of the contributors' opinions on the use of FATİH Project, a survey developed by the Ministry of National Education's team of the project FATİH. For both surveys' analyzes by the help of software SPSS 13.0, Excel 2007, and LISREL 8.54, the tests of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, LSD, and One Way ANOVA were used. In the research the accepted level of significance is 0.05.Examined the findings of the attitudes towards the technology, it was founded that for the aspects of interest in technology, acceptance of technology, and guidance for the technology, contributors have "high" level of attitudes while having "medium" level of attitudes for opposition and anxiety of technology. For the findings of opinions for the use of FATİH Project it can be drawn that contributors see their self-adequacy and the returns of FATİH Project levels as "high". They also think that the current curriculum must also be adapted for the FATİH Project. The contributors expressed "medium" level of opinion on the aspects of the use of e-content, need for in-service training, and adequacy of the institution. Between contributors, there are differences in the opinions on the aspects of need for in-service training and adequacy of the institution. While principals accept their institutions as enough for the Project FATİH, teachers and students disagree on that point. Moreover, principals stated that they need higher level of in-service training for the use of FATİH Project than students and teachers.
