Abstract (EN)

Production method of Ömerler underground mine is retreat longwall with the top coal caving. Firstly this method was used with conventional support system. In 1997 fully mechanized face was esteblished. Fully mechanized face system the top coal was produced by roof support window up to 2013. But from 2013 to the present top coal has been produced by rear duoble chain conveyor system. This study was carried out on panels which have 90 meter lenght and 80 meter coal thickness. 3 meters of the coal thickness is produced double draw shearer, the rest of the 5 meters coal is coved. While support window system had been used at M8 panel, double conveyor system used at A5 panel. Top coal (auger) sample, belt sample, the tonnage of the monthly caved coal production, mountly measure of panel advancement are use as data after the 17 month production. Support window and double chian conveyor support systems are compared according to the loss cool rate and top coal production efficiency.
