Abstract (EN)

In this study, a hybrid system was obtained by placing a thermoelectric module behind the solar panel. The purpose of creating this hybrid system is to obtain voltage value from the residual heat generated by the operation of the solar panel with the help of the thermoelectric module. Thus, in addition to the voltage produced by the solar panel, a voltage value is also produced from the Peltier. This hybrid system was established in four different stages. It was aimed to create systems with higher voltage in each experimental setup established. At each stage, the average instantaneous voltage values and temperature values of both surfaces of the Peltier used within the installation of the system were measured and the average value of the instantaneous temperature differences was found. Additionally, average instantaneous voltage values were measured with a multimeter made via Arduino. As a result, a voltage value was obtained from the Peltier within the help of residual heat. The obtained voltage values were compared with each other. Keywords: Solar panel, photovoltaic effect, thermoelectric generator, thermoelectric module, peltier.
