Abstract (EN)
is one of the important names of the Republican period Turkish theater. While the writer encourages the reader to think culturally, communal and socially with the works he has written, the types he creates serve as a bridge from past to present. We have completed this work that we have done to investigate the of Gungor Dilmen's theatre in a broader framework by taking the Sevda Sener's book named "Human" in the Contemporary Turkish theater of as an example. We have gathered this study under five main titles. In the first part, while including the life, literary personality and works of the author; In the second part, we wrote the abstracts. In the third and fourth episodes, we distinguished and evaluated the types created by Sevda Sener according to the characters in the theatre under the title of female and male types. In the last part, we examined the types of five titles. As a result of this work we have done, we have had the opportunity to examine the Gungor Dilmen's theatre with a different interpretation. We aimed to bring the findings we obtained to the theater readers. Key Words: Gungor Dilmen, theatre, type, human, art
