Abstract (EN)
Biotransformation or in another word biocatalitic conversions have gaining attention for their ability to perform such reactions that can hardly afforded by conventional chemical synthesis. In this study two important pharmaceutical precursor were synthesized and subjected to dehydrogenase mediated bioconversion reactions. One of these compound is a ?- acetoxy enone structure 4-methoxy-2-oxocyclohex-3-enyl acetate 2 and the other is a ?-hydroxyl ketone structure 6-hydroxy-3-methoxycyclohex-2-enone. To obtain these compounds firstly 3- methoxy-cyclohex-2-enone was synthesized from 1,3 diketone 3 structure. After that acetylation reaction was performed and compound 2 was obtained and lipases were used to afford the other compound 3 by enzymatic deacetilaton and dehydrogenase mediated biocatalyic conversions galactitol dehydrogenaze, scimate dehydrogenase and diaphorase were used.Key Words: Biyotransformation, lipase, dehydrogenase, acetoksyenone, ?hydroxyenone.
