Abstract (EN)

This Works; In simple structures that continue with methods, the BIM (Building Information Modelling) methodology aims at the above building models by extracting the harmony rotation. In the thesis study; Adapting traditional interior architecture methods in existing buildings to industry 4.0 digital transformation has not addressed the role of BIM methodology in the integrated interconnectedness. Digital twin, efficient, interior architecture integrated process concepts were explained with a literature review and it was examined with a sample case. 2D Cad Conversion is transformed into a 3D digital model with BIM tools, and building energy performance analysis has been made. Sample building performance analyzes were compared with two different classes and suggestions for energy houses were presented. When the study is completed, it has been concluded that BIM compliance in existing buildings has become a necessity for integrated architectural projects. With this update, it is available whether the energy efficiency of the hospital is examined with BIM software
