Abstract (EN)
Basis of our study is originated by dispute resolution in the Air and Space Law. In the first section of our study, the definition of the concept of air has been made. The definition is made by explaining the layers of atmosphere. Also, in this section of our study, where we briefly discuss the concept of air, the boundaries of air and space have been examined. The second and third sections of our study, the definition of air and space law and disputes in these areas have been discussed. All conventions, developments, agencies and general terms of the air and space law are indicated. In our last section, which constitutes the primary objective of our study, the reflection of International Arbitration is emphasized. Specifically, in this section, the arbitration in air and space law is examined (separately by giving trial examples). Additionally, in this section, alternative dispute resolution is given as the reason of the non-preferability of the arbitration.
