Abstract (EN)
In this study, hydrophobic polymer beads containing 5-(4-aminophenyl)-10,15,20-triphenylporphyrin were synthesized. Lignin peroxidase (E.C 1.11.1.14) immobilization onto these synthesized polymer beads was investigated. Different LIP immobilization conditions (i.e. pH, lignin peroxidase enzyme initial concentration, temperature and contact time) were investigated in batch system. The suitabilities of Langmuir and Freundlich isotherms for the immobilization were searched. Lagergren-first-order and pseduo-second-order kinetic models were investigated to evaluate the kinetic data. In characterization of polymers containing 5-(4-aminophenyl)-10,15,20-triphenylporphyrin, the surface morphology were investigated using Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM).
