Abstract (EN)

Aerospace, automotive, etc. In light industries such as the production of light vehicles is increasing with each passing day. In this context, as well as the use of light materials in the industry, the methods of shaping these materials gain importance. Sheet metal sheets are shaped according to certain rules and acceptances and go through a certain process. In this study, the process of forming sheet metal plates which can be used in sectors such as defense industry, white goods, aerospace and aviation has been carried out in a shorter time, with lower cost and to obtain better quality products. The method used in this study; In order to form a plate in hydraulic presses, mold design, production and analysis in accordance with the pressure in operating conditions. With the analyzes performed, the pressures closest to the part production were selected. Then, the parts produced in two different molds were measured with CMM at these pressures. The measured parts were compared with the original parts and the percentage similarity was expressed. 5754 aluminum, 2 mm thick, 6061 T6 and AISI 4140 steel materials were used as sheet metal. As a result of the measurements, it was seen that the most suitable mold was 6061 T6 and the most suitable pressure was 200 bar.
