Abstract (EN)
An algorithm for computation of H-bases for polynomial ideals is developed. The known methods of computations of H-bases use the division algorithm and Gr¨obner Basis. The suggested algorithm uses only some vector space computations on matrices. Furthermore, it is also shown that how H-bases can be applied to some Numerical Analysis problems.
