Abstract (EN)
This study aims to examine the relationship between emotional intelligence, perceived stress levels, and ethical decision-making among law students. Emotional intelligence refers to individuals' abilities to understand and manage their emotions while building healthy relationships. Perceived stress level indicates how individuals perceive and respond to stress factors. Ethical decision-making represents the ability to make fair and morally appropriate decisions in the face of ethical dilemmas. The research involved law students from various universities who participated voluntarily. Data were collected through an online survey, and the relational survey model was employed for analysis. The study tested the hypothesis that emotional intelligence and perceived stress levels are associated with ethical decision-making. This research seeks to highlight the significance of emotional and psychological factors in the ethical decision making processes of law students. The findings are expected to contribute to the development of ethics education programs and to enhance students' emotional awareness. In this context, the study offers a new perspective on understanding how emotional intelligence and perceived stress influence ethical decision-making processes.
