Abstract (EN)
Milk is an important food for Nutrition and it is consumed every stage of life. Milk is essential for nutrition but it causes adversities in for the health at unfavourable production conditions. In this research, some physicochemical properties and Aflatoxin M1 of raw cow milk produced in Iğdır and region (Iğdır center, Karakoyunlu, Tuzluca, Aralık) were investigated. In research 25 piece raw cow milk were used. Dry matter, fat, protein, ash and Aflatoxin M1 analyzes were performed in milk. According to results of chemical analysis mean values were found as the following; Dry matter 11.77 % ± 1.27, fat 3.19 % ± 0.52, protein 3.19 % ± 0.35, ash 0.73 % ± 0.12 and Aflatoxin M1 content 0.132 µg/kg ± 0.107. Aflatoxin M1 (AFM1) has been detected in milk all samples (% 100). 20 piece (80%) of these, is contrary to the Turkish Food Codex Infection Regulation.
