Abstract (EN)

Developing technology and learning materials are becoming increasingly important in the field of education.Visual material, known as one of the greatest helpers of students on the way of learning, also develops in parallel with technological developments. For this reason, how the visual materials can affect the students is also the subject of research. The research will be done to measure the differences in the subjects such as learning, curiosity and historical sensitivity left by the visual materials on the students. As a method in the research, the model with Pretest-Posttest control group will be used from the Real Trial Models because it will reflect the sufficiency and scientificness of studying about the effect of using Visual Material in the History of Revolution in 8th grade T.C and Ataturkism lesson.According to this model there are two groups created with neutral assignment. One of these is used as an experiment and the other as a control group. Measurements are made before and after the experiment in both groups. The presence of pretest in the model helps the groups to know the similarity levels before the experiment and correct the posttest results accordingly. The measuring instruments to be used in the study will be developed by the researcher. At the same time, all materials will be developed by the researcher on the basis of unit gains and National Education program.
