Abstract (EN)
Climate is the atmosphere of the organization, a relatively enduring quality of the internal environment of an organization, which is experienced by its members and influences their behaivor. The organizational climate can be measured in terms of trust, morale, conflict, equity in rewards, leader credibility, resistance to change and scapegoating. However, schools for instance, having a specific climate regarding their organization skills, they affect the goals of the employees as well. Even though most schools? objectives have similiar to each other, the main difference at their output is climate. The goal of this research is to assess organizational climate at public schools. Datas were collected as a result of a survey given to 338 selected teachers from 30 elemantary schools in Umraniye. The (OCDQ-RS) Organizational Climate Defining Question airre was developed by Hoy and Tarter by a great extensive study in secondary schools. The collected datas were analysed and reported by using arithmetical means, standart deviation, anova analyze techniques. The research is in general scaning format, and the level of meaningfull is .05. According to the research results there is no meaningful relationship between the perception of the teachers in state schools and subdimensions of organizational climate. However, a meaningful relationship was found between the behaivor of authoritative principle and the behaivor of anxious teacher depending on age variable and working period, and the meaningful relationship was also found between the teacher who works diligently depending on age variable.
