Abstract (EN)

Imam Mâlik, and scientific heritage left behind by the disciples of both have achieved a position in the history of Islamic law is one of the rare figures. Imam Malik also living today, one of the four major sects of Mâlikîlik mujtahids who is one of the sect. Muwattd by a mixture of Hadith Malik-fiqh, Islamic jurisprudence has played a crucial role in formation procedure In this respect, the fundamental evidence of canon law and the efficient use of predicate procedure Imam Malik, one of the predicate is not the opinion of the Companions used as the source. Opinion of the Companions, Companions Fatwa of the Companions used to mean the procedure of fiqh among the accessory sources of evidence. In the opinion of the Companions of Imam Malik has acted as a very mujtahids. Procedure affecting the formation of fiqh opinions of the Companions of Imam Malik, did not stay away. Imam Mâlik, the opinion of the Companions used as evidence in a certain criterion. Imam Malik has a systematic, especially in the face of evidence that Amel-i Ahl al-Madinah and the opinion of the Companions, a serious kirite then ended and he did not act with a view to the Companions, contrary to the Amel-i Ahl al-Madinah.
