Abstract (EN)
The subject of this study is to examine and evaluate the factors affecting the productivity of the personnel working in the enterprise by applying questionnaire questions to the employees of an automotive supplier company operating in Bursa. The aim of this study is; In line with the opinions of the employees of the company, it is aimed to determine which employee productivity changes depending on the human resources processes and to provide data by identifying the processes to be organized in the studies to be performed. In the study; Employees were asked questions under the headings of orientation, training process (in-service training), wage management, career management and employee productivity. The data obtained from the study were evaluated with SPSS and AMOS package programs. In the evaluation of the data, firstly Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) was performed to test the suitability of the parameters, ie the observed variables, and then the suitability of the model. In the application part of the study, a questionnaire was applied to 272 employees working in a company operating in Bursa. During the implementation of the survey questions, some problems were experienced by the company managers and employees.The effects of orientation, training process, wage management and career management on employee productivity are theoretically explained.
